winterburn

winterburn is an electronic artist and former psychologist whose melodic techno-influenced sound is carving out a unique space. After studying psychology in Dublin, he craved a deeper connection through music, so he left his career for Tenerife, spending 3 years living in a Decathlon tent and volunteering at surf camps while producing day and night.

His breakout track "crush as you burn" has passed 1.9 million Spotify streams with support from Leblanc, followed by "there is nothing to be afraid of" (339k), picked up by Chris Avantgarde, and "master of your mind" (543k). His hallmark sound pairs sensitive, emotion-driven melodies with aggressive, club-ready basslines.

Now based in London, his latest single "where did all the emotion go?" has passed 152k streams since June 2026. Recent work has earned plays on BBC Radio 1 Introducing Dance with Jaguar and praise from Mosimann. His focus: translating the complexities of the mind into a language everyone can feel on the dancefloor.
