the name often confuses people but i play more than just acoustic guitar, i started on the drums when i was about 11, bought a bass to write songs with at 17, and followed up with a (my first real) six string at 18 and i have been rocking out ever since. I really think that in my life i have written a fair few songs maybe in the area of 1000+.

Since i started the Acoustic Wig project about 5 years ago i have amassed some 250 songs on my computer, they're not all great...some are terrible, some are awesome.

I have only been in 4 bands in my life(“residue 11-16”, “skarlot 18-19”, “beyond all recognition 21-24” and “godbomber 26-29”). i think part of the reason for this is that i have long suffered from pscitzophrenia with all the usual symptoms and causes; paranoia, dillusion, self harm, suicide attempts and hospitalisation, drug n alcohol problems, etc...... i have sabotaged most of the relationships, personal, romantic. MUSIC SAVED ME!! LISTEN!!
