My name is William, but everyone calls me Willy or Chilly. I am 38 years old and live in Melrose Park, Illinois. I was born in La Havana, Cuba and I came here with my parents, brother, and sister in August of 1971. I was barely 3 months old when we arrived in the USA. My dad, Mario Sr. has worked very hard so that we could enjoy a good life in this country. My dad also helped bring other family members from Cuba to the USA so they too could be a part of the generation of Cuban Americans who are now living in the USA. Sadly, I lost my mom to diabetes in January of 2005 and I miss her everyday.
