Wicki hails from the Viking realm of Denmark. This was where her journey began when she discovered psychedelic music in 1997. After moving to the UK she started mixing in 2001 and her DJ career was launched in 2004. Since then it has all been fun and good times!
Currently a label DJ for Liquid Records and a resident at Tribe Of Frog, she has played at parties and festivals all over the UK, including The Synergy Project, Alpha Omega, Broken, Tribe of Frog, Sunrise Festival, Boomtown Festival, Wickerman Festival and RAID in Ireland to name a few.
You can’t stick a label with a specific genre on Wicki as her love of music in its many guises makes it impossible for her to just play one. Progressive, techno, breaks and chill, with a sprinkle of psychedelic, are just some of the sounds you might hear if you catch one of her sets. No matter the flavour of that particular day you are guaranteed a musical journey with smooth mixing through just the right tracks for that time and place.
