Hawelka-Event-Promotion was launched by Werner Hawelka in 2006. Werner Hawelka also was co-founder of the first private German television station (E.P.F.) in 1984 in Ludwigshafen.

Hawelka worked as stage and set designer for various television stations such as SWF, SWR, SAT1 and RTL. In addition to the conceptual creation, planning and implementation of stage designs, Hawelka was also responsible for contributing editorial content to the TV shows.
