The early years!
Wayne has been playing guitar for 5 decades, and nearly as long as a drummer. He attended James Caldwell High School and had a band called "The Yellow Jackets" between 1963-1968. He attended Fairleigh Dickinson University 1969-1972 in Madison NJ and graduated with a BS degree in Business Management and minored in music. He started another band during his college years, called "Sons & Lovers" which featured 11 musicians, including a five piece horn section.

Upon graduation, he entered the business world which eventually lead to two concurrent positions of leadership as President of Johnson Scale Co., West Caldwell, NJ, and President, Chairman/CEO of Pennsylvania Scale Company, Leola, PA. He was a pioneer in the transition from analog scales to the microprocessor based digital electronics era.
