Same DAM Story....Part 2 (Interview)

Elder Margaret Plain Eagle has been a prominent Elder on the Pikanni Reserve in the Blackfoot Territory of Treaty 7 south of Calgary. She has long been very critical of the process, and of the effects regarding the Three Rivers (OldMan) River Dam. Hear her account of what transpired and what the community is living with and its not hard to understand just difficult it is to reconcile major mega projects that adequately address First Nations cultural and heritage interests. The parallels to the Site C Dam are striking with similar issues having been raised and impacts foreseen.
