William “The Miracle Worker” is a visionary producer, artist, entertainment/IP attorney, and founder of Waters World Studios LLC. Known as Waters World, he blends global production success with bold creative energy. F/k/a “DJ Billy Waters,” he earned international acclaim with house remixes on MTV’s Buzzworthy Blog and Sirius/XM, including Kelly Clarkson’s “Dark Side” (with Floor One). He co-produced a #1 Billboard Dance remix of Katy Perry’s “Firework” (with Nick Harvey) and delivered Billboard Top 10s for Capitol, Island/Def Jam, and Sony. Early collaborations with John Michael Di Spirito (now Peloton’s Resident DJ) helped create iconic productions for Whitney Houston under Junior Vasquez’s banner. William is a Founding Member of the Psychedelic Bar Association, co-leads its Regulation & Legalization Committee, and serves as Board President of Bezerk Productions, a mental health art therapy non-profit.
