Welcome! I have been involved in Hip Hop/Dance culture since the early eighties. I was born in Philadelphia and moved to Raleigh NC in 1979. I was heavily involved in B-Boying/Breaking. I was "Kid Lightning” I enjoyed the culture and positivity of the music from the 80s and early 90s. I stayed in the culture as MC Al Capone' then a DJ (Crush-Love then TLI), and then into producing my own original tracks.​

I am a big fan of all dance music and wanted to share my taste and love of great dance music with the world in this new podcast.
