Dr. Wilberto G. Cortés was born in Puerto Rico, the beautiful Island of Enchantment within the Caribbean. Early in his educational decades at Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, he chose to submit an application for health-related college to become a plastic surgeon.
