I was brought up in Dollis Hill/Willesden, NW10. Now I live in Belsize Village, Hampstead.

I am a writer/DJ, currently in my final year of a Creative Writing BA degree at Roehampton University.

I started clubbing in 1997 after going to Tribal Gathering at Luton Hoo; an event that changed my life forever.

In 1999 I bought my decks and I have been buying Vinyl ever since. My collection is something like 10 metres. I don't restrict myself to one genre because that would be a form of separation and music is supposed to bring people together.

This year I embarked on a DJ course in order to learn all the new techniques on the digital side of things (MP3/Serato Scratch). This has encouraged my musical ambition and I now have my own internet radio show on Mondays, from 6pm to 8pm and on Wednesdays, from 10pm to midnight (www.juicefmonline.co.uk).
