Vittorio Garis, architect, musician and improviser is an artist of strong sensitiveness, tightened also to the random discoveries of the percussions and the electronics connected with them, without forgetting the cultural relations with different arts.
His set consists of a bass drum, a snare, cymbals, a bow and many objects, for a sonic research that leads the experimentation between the surprises of the amplification and the friction of the objects: it is an electro-acoustic effect that wants to rule, a vibration that begins from his hands and projects in paradises of sensation and of liminal images.(freely taken and remixed from Percorsi Musicali "Few notes on italian improvisation” by Ettore Garzia)
