virna.gi is a curator and cultural worker based in Paris, France. Her practice is rooted in an aesthetic of active listening, approaching sound as a pathway to presence, collective and political action, and as a counterpoint to the oppressive cacophony of late capitalism. Her mixes move from ambient and experimental sounds to upbeat club/techno music, featuring exclusively queer artists across genres, communities and backgrounds, highlighting the diversity of their contributions to music and club culture.
