Vince Colon aka Chico Vroc, was born December 14,1968 in the Bronx, NY. At the age of 3, his family relocated to California. It was growing up in L.A. and the discovery of music; more especially the different elements of Hip-Hop that his passion began to grow vigorously. Although, becoming a great MC was his destiny, he became familiar with a popular dance called "The Boogaloo", and from then forward his dedication for music grew as he started participating in cyphers. At the age of 16, his family moved to Denver, Colorado. In Denver, Chico Vroc created a dance crew called "The DC Spin Masters" and with the crew competed at many events. While traveling with his crew he met the founder of the "Radio Active" dance crew, which he later joined.
