Swami Vimokshananda was the Minister in Charge of Eire Vedanta Society of Dublin in Ireland. He was President of the Ramakrishna Mission, Singapore also. Earlier from 2007 to 2014 he was President of Ramakrishna Centre of South Africa. Presently he is the President (Adhyaksha) of Ramakrishna Math, Yelagiri Hills in Tamil Nadu, India.
He is a prolific blogger attracting readers and subscribers from all over the world. Entitled Vedanta in Practice, Swami Vimokshananda's blogs on the various thematic topics of Advaita Vedanta for the everyday application in the devotee's daily life. He also conducts classes on the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads and Hindu lore with special emphasis on the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna, Sarada and Vivekananda.
