Johannesburg, South Africa
Victoria was born in Brighton and grew up in rural Dorset; she studied English at Oxford before working in London for over a decade, as a musician, and as an arts manager for the National Health Service.
She is currently living in Johannesburg, writing a blog, finishing a new album and developing new arts-health collaborations.
She has released two albums and two EPs, and collaborated with many other artists and musicians, including Chris Letcher, Quinta (Bat for Lashes, Paper Cinema) and Andy Hamill (Laura Mvula, Four Tet, Nitin Sawnhey).
In June 2013 she premiered Delirium, an hour-long song cycle about delirious experiences in intensivesive treatment units, at London's Old Operating Theatre, before touring the piece to a series of national and international conferences - as well as the Green Man Festival and the Vortex (London).
Landing, Victoria’s last full album, was released January 2012.
