Vertical started in the late 90's as many other started, hittin parties and learning the likes of electronic music. After a year of listening and studying what the DJ's were doing, he then picked up his first records and started learning to play. After about 6 monthes of practice, Vertical went out and played his first couple of shows at Studio 315 in Fayetteville NC and the Pavillion. Vertical then started meeting the other DJ's and started playing as many shows as possible, never loosing that passion or drive. As time progressed, Vertical picked up a few weeklies in Fayetteville beside the likes of many great NC artist. Time moved on and eventually Vertical did the same thing. He then moved to Boone NC and redesigned himself and his sound switching from the years and years of Progressive House, Breaks and Trance to the hard hitting DNB.
