I am an Architectural Designer who quickly moved up to work as a CAD Manager, later working for myself as a CAD Consultant customising CAD in many offices and training many groups and individuals. I also teach at many colleges and nowadays moving more and more to BIM (Building Information Modelling) software such as Revit, BIMSight and Navisworks.

I am also a qualified Real Estate Agent as well as a qualified Holiday Parks & Resorts Manager.

So yeah.... You could say I have my finger in a lot of pies... :-)
