Combining his passion for music with a degree in Music Technology from Berklee College of Music, Spencer Putnam (aka Vapor Maché) delivers a healthy mix of hip hop, dubstep, downtempo, tech house, IDM, and cinematic textures. Maché's debut album 'People.' was self-released in 2008 and he has since gone on to release 'Versificator EP' on Muti Music (01/11) and single 'For You' (03/11) courtesy of Moohiko Records. He is currently in the process of finishing 'Sub Rosa EP' on Moohiko (Date TBA). Maché produces the 'Vapor Maché Podcast' [episodes released on a monthly basis] and regularly kicks out genre-bending remixes for bands like Brooklyn-based Aislyn and LA-based City City. Putnam has performed with the likes of modern-jazz trailblazer Vijay Iyer, electronic pop-rock outfit Passion Pit and recently performed at the internationally-renowned Low End Theory in LA. Originally hailing from Omaha, Nebraska, Vapor Maché now calls Los Angeles home.
