Vasily Kuzmich is an intermedia artist born in the center of Ukraine in the city of Kropyvnytskyi

Graduated from the Odesa’s Grekova Art School at the Faculty of Sculpture

Studying at the School of Arts of the University of Nova Gorica, Slovenia

Initially started as a sculptor in his artistic practice works with sound, video, mixed media installations, etc

He took part in various workshops, exhibitions, and festivals like Sajeta, Ars electronica, Documenta, and Speculum Artikum

His audio meditation installation “Breath of the Wind” won the first-place award at the MFR festival in 2021.

Currently in Ukraine, where he continues to create art even in the conditions of war
