Vadim Kasse was born in the city of Engels, Saratov region, but he spent his entire childhood near Blagoveshchensk not far from the Soviet-Chinese border. Probably, this vicinity to oriental culture in those years had determined his attitude to life and creativity.
At the age of 17 he stood behind the professional "turntables" for the first time. Soon, after moving to Moscow, he was carried away by the jungle music and became a true adherent of the emerging drum'n'bass culture.
Over time, his tastes changed and from 2008 to 2013 Vadim becomes the author and host of a weekly radio program about techno and tech-house music - "Etotechnika". During a five year period of project existence Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, James Holden, Wolfgang Voigt, Tom Pooks, Futureshock, as well as B-Voice, Khz, Helga, Moonbeam and others have become the guests of his radio show.
