I am the new Owner and Chief Executive Officer [CEO] of the Exceed Group in Zurich, Switzerland. Our Business operates in the field of Accounting and Finance. We have been a significant player in the European Market in the last few decades. Exceed has been a Market Leader, but recently the Business has not been doing so well.
I decided to bring about a radical change in our Business. The Business Operations and Profit Margins have gone down drastically. But a significant reason for that was the lack of good Leadership and Business Strategy within the Business. The Exceed Business Group has strong Financial Support from one of the most influential Business Houses in Switzerland. One problem with the Exceed Group Business was that most of its Management was old school.
