The Universal Declaration of Urban Rights arrives to Close, Closer, Lisbon Architecture Triennale.
This time will not only to record UR declarations but also to built a Urban Parliament for Lisbon’s citizenship. Its already set and ready to hold urban assemblies at Palácio Marques de Pombal (Rua do Século 79).
Our goal is to write up the Lisbon Chart, as an emerging manifesto and tool guide for 21st century cities.
