Victor aka Undergroundvibe started djing in 1978. Playing house parties in Scarborough under the name "12" of Pleasure" in the infamous TC Crew of Tuxedo Crt throughout most of the 80's.
The late 80's and early 90's saw Victor playing soul, R&B, hip hop and house music at clubs 20/20, Apothicary, Jerk Pit, Park Avenue, Remey's, PWD's, the Tunnel, Bluenote, Blu, Atmosphere just to name a few. As well as playing on the "Advanced Remix Show" on WBLK 93.7Fm in Buffalo NY in 1992/93.

Originally quitting djing in 1994 (due to his frustration with the commercialism of music) Victor started djing again in 1999. Playing the house music section of "Loungin the Afterparty" on CKLN 88.1Fm for more than 3 years. This led to appearances/residences at Embryos, Garage 416, Solid Garage, Phatblackpussycat, Lincoln, Deeper Therapy and Blackmarketrecords parties.
