I am Mr. Sandman..... a true protector of underground funk. Hailing from Detroit, I was lucky enough to get my education in the mid 90's at some of the best warehouse parties around. There was typically a house room, a techno room, and a breaks/dnb room, and I was constantly hit with the full spectrum of sounds, able to appreciate and soak up rhythm of all types and textures. The parties were free of musical boundaries....a true journey into the depths of underground funk.
