I’ve been floating through your sets the past few days and I mean it as an absolute compliment when I say I haven’t even noticed how many I listened to. The mixing is superb, your attention to the tracks equally commendable, and the overall flow such a pleasure to get lost in. As a kid, finding stuff like this in a record store would have been a dream come true and been in non-stop rotation in the dorm room CD tray. I’m that old, Seroously though, your sets are far better than so many of the DJs on here with massive follower bases. It’s awesome, and why I love Mixcloud for letting artists get their stuff out. Hat is off again, and I can’t wait to see what set loads next. Thank you for sharing.
Aww thanks TRoy! and sorry for late reply to such an awesome message. i appreciate your ears & comments to my lil mixes. like you, its just a side line hobby & as i have a physical job its a way of unwinding of an evening, time permitted.
My main objective of a set is to get the flow right, if i can achieve some smooth transitions & include my favourite tracks too, its a bonus but a rarity!! lol
but honestly its an honour to have people appreciate these sets. i was a listener for years & learnt a great deal from djs on here, one of whom you collaborated with, who seemingly got it right every time! I will return to journeyman at some point & comment accordingly. Thank you sooo much again. :))
