Tre Smith was born Noah Smits and even though being mesmerized by the upstairs neighbour drumming, he was a late bloomer. He started playing bands at age 15 and by the time he was 19, he studied Bass and Songwriting at the Conservatoire. No time for graduation though since he landed a record deal with EMI Music, which lead to hits on the radio and sold out shows.
Given his love for Soul and Funk, House music was the logical next step and he started producing in 2015. Now, in 2016, he released on multiple record labels, has been supported by the hottest names in the scene, has been in the Beatport Top100, remixed for big names and is managing his own Record Company named ‘Black Rainbow Recordings’
His goal for 2016? Landing his arsenal of unsigned music on the biggest record labels and get out of the studio to gig across the globe!
