April, 1989, aged of 20, via Trenton, NJ, TonyLee waltzed into NYC's Alphabet City & the LES & directly into the underground late 80s feral noise, scum rock, music scene. Co-founder/ bassist of Railroad Jerk (1990) with 4 LPs on Matador Records & touring the world throughout the 90s. Co-founder/bassist of the twisted 15 piece band Motherhead Bug (1991). Co-founder/co-art director of Karath=Razar (1990) doing graphics & art direction for CD jackets of John Zorn, Mr Bungle, Marc Ribot & Boredoms naming just a few.
The late 90's, brought to fruition a vision of Tonylee's love of electronic musik & live PA that inspired him to curate & perform events bringing his love of Funk, House and Disco to many of NYC’s most famous dance floors. Limelight, Twilo, Crobar, Pacha, Sullivan Room, Filter 14, Baktun & Cielo to name a few.
Currently DJing several weekly & monthly residencies in NYC. Continuing the mission & love of musik as a musician and the celebration of life!!!
