Napoli, Italy
Born in 1986 in Irpinia, a region in southern Italy, I’ve lived in several European cities, constantly drawn by the search for new sounds and new ways of experiencing music and listening. I’m currently based in Naples, where I work as a freelance sound designer, music producer, and provide mixing and mastering services. In 2017, I co-founded an independent label, BCA Records (formerly Black Chrysalis Archives), through which I curate artistic direction, I’m also actively involved with Interzona APS, a cultural association that works to revitalize rural and peripheral areas through research projects, field studies, and educational programs focused on sound, the arts, and technocultures.
Sound is at the core of my practice. Beyond its technical dimensions, I explore it as a way to investigate the subtle relationships between humans, places, non-human entities, and the intersections between them — a line of inquiry that resonates with my interests in sociology, anthropology, and nature.
