Tom Jacobs (born 1965, Haarlem) became fascinated by music and audio equipment at an early age. At the age of three, he received his first portable gramophone, and from then on, he couldn't stay away from anything that made sound. His parents thought it would pass, but the opposite happened. At eight, he received a mixing console and built his own disco furniture. What began as a childhood dream grew into performances for venues of up to 3,000 people.

At the same time, Tom discovered radio. As a young pirate radio operator, he regularly ran afoul of the police station, but local broadcasters soon followed. There, he developed into a versatile radio producer, heard on countless stations.

With over 40 years of experience behind the microphone, Tom still creates his programs with the same passion. Radio is in his blood – Tom is a radio producer through and through.
