Originally from Newfane, NY - a suburb of Buffalo, FerrenHeight caught the Trance bug at Clubs in Toronto that were playing the likes of Armin Van Buuren - Blue Fear, Sneaker Pimps - Spin Spin Sugar, Faithless - Insomnia, Apotheosis - Ofortuna, and Da Hool - Meet Her At The Love Parade. Hungry for the latest and hardest beats he could find, he and his friend Paul would travel 2.5 hours north, into Canada to feed their appitites for Trance at clubs like Wishkey Saigon, Joker, and The Guverment. Trance was relatively new, so he could only get the music on vinyl. Therefore, the purchase of turntables, and a Numark mixer started the adventure.

Along came the internet, where he could listen to Johan Geilen and Ferry Corsten rock the stages of Trance Energy and Sensation. He also found Armin Van Buurens show - A State of Trance.

The rest is history.
