1987 saw me buying my first house record and I’ve have been hooked ever since. Something about that 4/4 beat hits like no other music for me. I’ve bought and played all sorts of dance music but my true love lies in the middle of Funky Disco House.
I first played out in bars and clubs in my hometown of Northampton through the 90’s and continued to DJ out into the 2000’s in London and Manchester, running my own night, Kryptonite, in the Crypt of St Martin’s In The Field on Trafalgar square.
The love for the music has never dimmed – and I’m now smashing out the digital collection, playing anything that moves me AND you. Think classic Disco and House tracks, re-edits, and new joints by labels such as Glitterbox, Groove Culture, Quantize, Soulfuric, Sultra and Z-Records to name a few.
I can build up the energy, calm things down, or just keep the vibe grooving along, respecting the venue – always with an attentive eye on the crowd.
