SQVRE256

SQVRE256 is a Ugandan DJ and electronic music artist exploring the intersection of Afro House, deep house, soulful grooves and timeless dance music. His approach to DJing is rooted in selection, storytelling and the movement of a dancefloor—building sets that feel less like a collection of tracks and more like a continuous musical journey.

SQVRE256 draws inspiration from the cultural history of DJing while embracing contemporary digital tools, harmonic mixing and modern performance techniques. His sound moves between melodic, deep and groove-driven Afro House, with space for classic house influences and unexpected connections between eras and styles.

At the heart of the project is a larger idea of music, culture and heritage. SQVRE represents the present expression of a lineage: Son of Blasius. Grandson of Festus. The three identities form a creative mythology connecting depth, celebration, heritage and the future.
