I'm a radio and TV presenter...

I've worked for a few stations, including the station that aspired me to be in radio - BRMB (Now 'Free Radio').

I started at the station back in 1999 after winning "Search For A Star". I worked my way through the station, before the boss was silly enough to give me my own show... Oh and the name "Tiger Tim"!

I remained a Tiger at BRMB until 2003, when London came calling. After 6 months down there, I wanted to come back, refreshed as just plain Tim Lichfield...

...then I was asked to work at Capital FM in 2004, so off I went, again. 3 years I spent at the mothership, then I headed across the road (kind of) to Virgin Radio, which was soon to become Absolute Radio.

I was asked to re-join BRMB in January 2009, so I jumped at the chance. In Jan 2010, BRMB went 'Under Construction', so it was time for me to move on...

I headed to Bristol to present Drivetime (4-7pm) and Sat Breakfast (8am-12pm) on Heart FM.

I'm now in the sunny north, presenting 10am-2
