However this has made me into the person I am today; someone that can appreciate that there is not always a simple explanation and that other people have needs too, whatever they may have done and however badly they may have behaved.

The best feeling ever is lighting up someone else's world just for a second; seeing that smile appear on their face and watching them get into the groove!
