Tier has manifested himself as a DJ in 2005, although he has been showing a great deal of interest in it in his teens as well. Having finished 7 years-course of piano lessons, he did not follow classic music and was listening to various styles of electronic music and enjoying their infectious rhythms. Breaks has taken the greatest share of Tier’s musical interest, however, he never turned away from techno, drum & bass, house and other styles. Tier has joined a musicians collective ‘Experimental Baggage’ in 2007 and since then has actively promoted electronic music. Although music technologies are constantly developing offering new possibilities for DJ-ing, his heart is forever tied to vinyl records. Tier never follows current music trends and enjoys experimenting, which is represented in the production of remixes and bootlegs.
