located in Punta de Mata Edo, Monagas, Venezuela of which her mother was employed.
Tibi’s father, a native of Port of Spain, Trinidad, and Master Pan Builder, Kim Loy Wong, was
brought to the United States through the efforts of Singer/Songwriter Mr. Pete Seeger, whom
