Zars are a dance-electronic duo made by Alex Tessarolo and pAd. Their sets move easily from techno-dub to house always sustained and connected by a deep and raw touch: a quest for beauty that grows around the concept of trans-cultural, where the world is seen as a map of sounds that needs to be explored deep in the surface.

Zars' tracks have been released on vinyl by Smooth Agent Records and
digitally by Till2012 Records, 909Muzik, Soupu Music, Ampispazi Recordings.

Zars played at many venues in Rome like Brancaleone, Shari Vari Circolo degli Artisti, Muzak, Locanda Atlantide, Roma Vintage, the RGB events with guests like Octave One and Joris Voorn, Shlomi Aber and Jeff Mills.
