I was brewed in the beginning of 2009, frozen for a year and then bottled in 2010 for the year of the tiger!!!! celebrated by the artist Simon Birch and gifted the yellow tiger by Wong Cho Jim... I have 119 sisters bottled at the same time. I have 20 gold flake brothers bottled as well. I am a premium dai gi jo Sake from Shiga prefecture just outside of Kyoto Japan. I love when people share me with friends, food, fantastic experiences or just at home for a special occasion.
