I was born in the Proterozoic Eon, right around the time sexual reproduction first appeared. My early influences were evolution, oxygen, and membrane-bound organelles. I first developed an ear for music during the Ordovician Period by listening to the likes of Gondvana’s Suturing, Ocean’s Regressing and everything from The Glacier’s formation. However, it wasn’t until the (s)Cenozoic Era that I really began to appreciate contemporary electronic music, with a special focus on the sounds emanating from Chicago’s Underground House scene.
