The Itchy Feet club nights were started by Leo Bedford back in 2007 as a way for him to play out some of the records he liked, to people other than his friends! Since then over 250,000 people have darkened the door of the Itchy Feet Club Nights, but he's still not satisfied.

The Itchy Feet Show on Cowbell Radio is all about music. Leo will take two hours to play music from the old, right through to the very new, as well as interview people from the industry, and get guests involved to have their say and play their favourite tunes.
