The Funkmasters is the tongue-in-cheek collaborative name for DJs Dan Sampayo and Dave Jeffreys. The pair met when they were DJing at 3TO in Worthing in early 2001. The collaboration started when Dave and Dan were mixing back to back after hours in the club, which then led to a 5 hour impromptu set. From this set the pair helped run club nights Disco:very, DysfuNKtional Unleashed, FCSM and many more at the club. Although a bit more infrequent these days (due to one half living in China and the other living in the UK) the pair occasionally still take to the decks and we will post these mixes here!
