It takes some people a lifetime to discover their passion. It took two turntables and a microphone for DJ Rizzo to discover his.
Growing up as a drummer, keeping the party on beat has always been a part of Rizzo’s life. He decided to put down the drumsticks and take up DJing after being inspired by the Bay Area hip hop radio stations. He spent the weekends in high school Djing barn parties and dances which is where he earned his reputation of being able to mix a unique variety of music that can appeal to any crowd.
His parents raised him on Disco, Funk, Hip Hop and Rock n Roll. Rizzo takes these influences and applies them to his open format sets that fill weddings, private events and the hottest nightclubs around the Bay Area on a weekend basis.
