The Battery Apple Trees - join Pip & Leigh as they go trawling the winds and waves in search of new sounds.
Their show takes you on hour-long journeys into some of their favourite artists, beats and various audio delights. The B.A.Ts share only what they love, serving it with joy and the occasional strange story.
Their own music (released via The MUD Collective) has been described in many ways -
Jay Scarlett described their album, 'Year of the B.A.T', as "a work of art".
New Orleans-based rapper, Voice, once said "you guys should get paid...."
And Cazal Organism, son of the legendary Mellow Man Ace, and member of The ZZYZZX, listened to their songs and simply said, "DAMN !!!!"
