The Phunktards are a dynamic breakbeat DJ/production duo who signed to V.I.M.BREAKS, based out of Greece, at the beginning of 2013, and Faction Digital Recordings later that summer. They help to bring a fresh, funky, edgy sound to their music with style! Their first remix (V.I.M.BREAKS 200b 'THE MANY LOVES OF JACQUES CASANOVA-THE REMIXES') released back in June 2013 caused a lot of buzz for their uplifting n' dirty Electro-Funky Breaks remix of Ronin8's 'Burnin' Down.'

2013 brought about some memorable events for the phunky duo and their consistent driving sound led them to events in and around Virginia and up East Coast to Pennsylvania. With the help of relentless promotion and internet airplay The Phunktards tracks and remixes have been featured as Beatport top 100 and top 50 in the Breaks category.
