Freshmaker

Brentos the Freshmaker is a DJ, turntablist and record collector with over 20 years of experience curating sounds that move the crowd and stir the soul. He blends technical chops with pure cheek, mixing genres like a chef with no recipe, just pure flavor.

Brentos cut his teeth in the hip hop scene as a recording and performing artist, signed to Red Tape Entertainment. Despite remaining firmly rooted in the culture, he cleans up nicely for a private function or cocktail bar, bringing a polished professionalism and keen ability to match the sounds with the atmosphere—tie optional, vibes mandatory. And when it's time to get loose, he's right there in the trenches, curating bass-heavy trips for the festival heads.

Catch him this weekend spinning soul food at one of his many local haunts, where his passion for sound remains as fresh as ever.
