Audio interviews with former staff and pupils of Braehead Secondary School, Buckhaven, Fife. These interviews give a great insight into why teachers came to Braehead School and also for the first time a pupils view of what it was like to be a pupil at Braehead.

The Braehead News was written, drawn and printed weekly by the pupils way back in the mid 1960's. Over 200 editions were printed during term time. Note: I now have digital copies of approx 150 editions of this unique pupil led newspaper.

These interviews include, Hamish Brown and Jim Ferguson. Mrs Mackenzie, Alasdair Mackenzie and Peter Murphy who wrote RF Mackenzies life story and many more. Former pupils recount their memories and experiences as to what it was like to be part of the Braehead experience.
