Testube is the musical alias of Jeff Danos, who has been producing original electronic compositions and heavily mashed deejay sets since 1994. As a deejay, he specializes in themed music for special events, carefully coercing old classics and new grooves into theme-appropriate event soundtracks. With his own music, released under the name Testube, each new recording is an experiment in sound, fusing atypical electro, alt-pop, idm, industrial, glitch, dub, and ambient textures into complex, cohesive compositions that shatter traditional genre boundaries.
