I'm Jake, I first got into music when I was about 14, after hearing the Sex Pistols, less than a year later I had discovered Hardcore Punk which I got into in a big way, So much so that When Raving Kicked off in late 80's early 90's I wouldn't allow myself to get into it out of respect and loyalty To hardcore punk.
I see now that loyalty got me nowhere and the Rave scene is just a musical equivalent of evolution, everything must evolve Humans, Technology, music etc.
It has already happened to music and television in the form of Digital, People have to realise that the human race must also make this change!
As much as I love Vinyl, I'm giving digital a chance, and to be honest I'm not finding it that easy, There is plenty of room for error with digital mixing, Ok so you can sync beats! but there's more to mixing than that.
I know I'm not very good, but I do love the music and it's fun to have a go, It keeps me out of trouble!
