We are a Berlin based crew of selectors, producers and MCs' who joined forces to take you back to the sweet days of classic Rub-A-Dub Dances; when deep reggae music and easy early dancehall formed a fruitful couple and took over Jamaica; when people were dancing close together, enjoying the moment.

No hype. No fake news. Just dancing, nice and easy.

Team Rub-A-Dub will make you feel like that by selecting strictly vinyl from the golden era of Rub-A-Dub back in the 70’s and 80’s. Our MCs will lift you up with original chatting over carefully selected B-sides and you will hear some of our own productions as well.

(You won’t get any bling-bling modern dancehall or face-hitting steppers, promised.)
